Is the coaching program online or in person? +

It's an online wellness and fitness coaching program — you can work with me from anywhere. It starts with a thorough assessment of your injuries, posture, current condition, and goals, then I build a personalized plan with regular check-ins.

How much does coaching cost? +

Every plan is built around the individual, so the best next step is to request a consultation. We'll talk about your goals and what the right program looks like for you.

Do I need to be injury-free to start? +

No. A lot of my clients come in managing a joint or muscle issue while they train. That's exactly what the integrative approach is for — we work around and on the injury at the same time.
